Capture integrates with deed recording systems to pull relevant deeds into your office daily. AI-infused CAMA resolves parcel numbers, and resolved parcels are routed automatically for name change and sales verification.
Capture CAMA is integrated with Arc Desktop solutions, ArcGIS Online and Arc for iOS, providing a bidirectional link between GIS and CAMA. Select parcels for mass updates or generate reports that are visualized in real time with Esri products.

The Capture iPad app combines a simple workflow with an easy interface, so appraisers manage photos, sketches, maps and attributes on one device.
Appeals Processing lets taxpayers appeal online or through traditional methods, and staff schedule hearings, run comparables and print documents from a single dashboard.

Assessment.
Assessment Automation streamlines exemption processing, from new homestead exemptions to complex cases with caps and limits. Scan and attach supporting documents from the dashboard, for current and future tax years.
Supervisors and clerks track assessment status instantly. Processed assessments can be emailed or printed, and the module works with digital signature pads.
The Business Personal Property module manages the workflow for personal property tax rolls, with mass update tools for large accounts, email notifications through Capture Online and one-click export to Excel.
